Artist-in-Residence Workshop 2012

Spring 2012 / Stevenson, MD

Participated in a three day workshop with Carlson Bull from Bully Entertainments creating ideas for augmented reality and going through the process of pitching an idea to a client.

Concept art Internship

Spring 2012 - Summer 2012 / Stevenson, MD

Worked with Dr. Bodnar on his educational graphic novel about bioinformatics. Conceptualized characters and scenery while also creating mock comic book pages of completed product.

Artist-in-Residence Workshop 2013

Spring 2013 / Stevenson, MD

Participated in a rigorous three day workshop with Gail Anderson creating a series of posters for the university’s Relay For Life event and experimented with different forms of typography.

Work Experience

Student Activities Graphic Coordinator

Spring 2012 - Present / Stevenson, MD

Design posters, banners, door hangers, t-shirts, and mugs for school events, such as Spring Concert, Homecoming, and New Student Day. Created a new format for our monthly calendar, so that it could provide more information about events on campus.

Graphic Intern at Tenable Network Security

Summer 2013 / Columbia, MD

Worked with the Marketing Department at Tenable Network Security for four months. Designed handouts, web images, presentation diagrams, icons, and collateral. Experienced tight deadlines and collaborated with marketing to create finished products from start to finish.
